faulty thermostat limited selection

I consider the climate control to be substandard. The thermostat was non-functional, causing discomfort. I was disappointed by the limited variety at breakfast. I found the selection rather basic for a hotel of this supposed calibre. Bacon seemed boiled and the pastries tasted stale.

The service and attention to detail was fantastic. i couldn't have asked for more. the room was fantastic, it had a separate area for luggage and clothes. It made such a difference!

I noticed the breakfast could be improved slightly. I would have liked more variety.
